Attorney graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas,Venezuela in 1982. He completed postgraduate studies at New York University and obtained a Master's degree in in Comparative Jurisprudence. He completed advanced studies on Labor Law at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He has participated as a speaker at several forums on Labor Law and the Amendment to the Organic Labor Law nationwide. He has been a member of Travieso Evans Arria Rengel & Paz since 1983 and became partner of the Firm in 1994.
