Alexander Barbaro has been a member of the Firm since 2009. He is a member of the Labor Law Department. He graduated from Universidad Metropolitana in 2009. Alexander has experience in labor proceedings before the labor courts of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas and Guarenas, labor administrative proceedings before the Instituto Nacional de Prevención, Salud y Seguridad Laborales (INPSASEL) and Labor Inspectors’ Offices, as well as in the procedural aspects of contentious-administrative proceedings against administrative acts.
