SUMMARIES OF THE 26 DECREE LAWS ENACTED ON JULY 31, 2008
The July 2008 Venezuelan Legal and Economic Newsletter contains the summaries of the 26 Decree-laws published in the Special Official Gazettes Nos. 5.889, 5.890, 5.891 and 5.892, dated July 31, 2008, enacted by the government based on the powers delegated under the “Enabling Law” of February 2007. The purpose of these summaries is to indicate the main aspects of each law in a practical and concise manner.
