al art\u00edculo 3 del Decreto No. 54 en el marco del Estado de Excepci\u00f3n y de Emergencia Econ\u00f3mica que decret\u00f3 la nueva reexpresi\u00f3n de la unidad monetaria nacional para la Reconversi\u00f3n Monetaria y su vigencia;
