Febrero 01 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3878 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Alertas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"815\" height=\"135\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Alertas.jpg 815w, https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Alertas-300x50.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Alertas-768x127.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 815px) 100vw, 815px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DE TELECOMUNICACIONES SOBRE EL SERVICIO UNIVERSAL DE TELECOMUNICACIONES Y SU FONDO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la Gaceta Oficial No. 42.059 de fecha 01 de febrero de 2021, fue publicado el Decreto Presidencial No. 4.429 de igual fecha, mediante el cual se dict\u00f3 el \u201cReglamento de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Telecomunicaciones sobre el Servicio Universal de Telecomunicaciones y su Fondo\u201d (el \u201cReglamento\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>El objeto del Reglamento es regular la asignaci\u00f3n y subsidio de la infraestructura necesaria para el cumplimiento y control de las obligaciones de Servicio Universal de Telecomunicaciones (el \u201cServicio\u201d) que se establezcan para la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de telecomunicaciones en condiciones econ\u00f3micas asequibles, con est\u00e1ndares m\u00ednimos de calidad, penetraci\u00f3n y acceso a los servicios, a los fines de impulsar el desarrollo social y econ\u00f3mico de la Naci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las telecomunicaciones, velando por el goce de los beneficios del usuario final, con independencia de las zonas geogr\u00e1ficas, promoviendo la\u00a0 integraci\u00f3n nacional, la maximizaci\u00f3n del acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo de los servicios educativos y de salud y la reducci\u00f3n de las desigualdades de acceso a los servicios de telecomunicaciones por parte de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el Reglamento regula la estructura, administraci\u00f3n y control del Fondo del Servicio Universal de Telecomunicaciones (el \u201cFondo\u201d), entendi\u00e9ndose \u00e9ste como el conjunto definido de servicios de telecomunicaciones que los operadores est\u00e1n obligados a prestar a los usuarios para brindarles est\u00e1ndares m\u00ednimos de penetraci\u00f3n, acceso, calidad y asequibilidad econ\u00f3mica con independencia de la localizaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, el Reglamento estipula lo relativo al subsidio otorgado por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (la \u201cComisi\u00f3n\u201d) para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones del Servicio;
