The Decree extends the period of effectiveness of the declaration of energy emergency of the hydrocarbon industry, with the purpose of adopting the necessary measures for assuring national energy safety.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, the period of the \u201cPresidential Commission for Defense, Restructuring, and Reorganization of the National Oil Industry Al\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez Araque\u201d (the Commission) is extended.
