The Ruling established the Schedule of Taxpayers not Categorized as Special Taxpayers for activities of games of chance to be performed in year 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The declarations of the Tax on Activities of Games of Chance must be filed through the SENIAT\u2019s web site (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.seniat.gob.ve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.seniat.gob.ve<\/a>), as per the last digit of the Fiscal Information Registry number (RIF), on the due dates indicated in the 2023 schedule:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activities of Games of Chance<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8202\" src=\"https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Graf13-agentes-retencion-20221129-300x30.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"970\" height=\"97\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Graf13-agentes-retencion-20221129-300x30.png 300w, https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Graf13-agentes-retencion-20221129-768x78.png 768w, https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Graf13-agentes-retencion-20221129.png 1400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 970px) 100vw, 970px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The taxpayers not registered with the SENIAT\u2019s web site must register with the same, at the Taxpayer Assistance Divisions of the Regional Managements of Internal Taxes of their fiscal domiciles, in order for the relevant\u00a0 password to be assigned to them.<\/p>\n<p>The tax must be paid within the period of time established in the relevant payment commitment.<\/p>\n<p>After the declaration is filed through the SENIAT\u2019s web site, payment may be electronically made through the web site of the Public Banking sector or the payment commitment may be printed for purposes of its filing and\u00a0 payment at the National Fund Recipient Offices (Oficinas Receptoras de Fondos Nacionales).<\/p>\n<p>Failure to comply with the obligations established in the Ruling will be penalized in accordance with the provisions of the Constituent Decree through which the Organic Tax Code was issued.<\/p>\n<p>The Administrative Ruling became effective upon publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<p>In order to access the Ruling, please click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.traviesoevans.com\/travieso\/wp-content\/uploads\/gacetas\/2022\/11%20Noviembre\/2022-11-29-42515.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Should you have any question or comment or require further information, please contact the partner in charge of your account via e-mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SCHEDULE OF NON-SPECIAL TAXPAYERS &#8211;
